Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be accepted only if the project has not yet started or if Webbird Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Non-Refundable Services

• Domain registration
• Hosting services
• Third-party tools or software
• Completed development or design work

Partial Refund

If a project is cancelled after work has started, a partial refund may be provided after deducting the cost of completed work.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
