At Webbird Solutions, clients may request cancellation of services according to the following policy.
If the project has not yet started, cancellation requests may be accepted and refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
If cancellation is requested after work has started, the payment may be partially refundable depending on the amount of work completed.
For services such as digital marketing or maintenance plans, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Charges related to domains, hosting, plugins, or third-party tools cannot be cancelled or refunded.
